Before you reserve
Good questions.Straight answers.
Still wondering about something? Ask the founding team.
01Is $2 the full price of Muse?
No. It is a refundable reservation deposit that holds your place in the founding release. Final product pricing has not been announced.
02What does the reservation include?
It gives you priority access to the first production release, 40% off the launch price, and personal onboarding. We will confirm the final purchase terms before asking you to complete an order.
03Can I change my mind?
Yes. The $2 reservation is fully refundable for any reason at any time before the final purchase. Email contact@howtomuse.com from the address used to reserve. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within seven business days, although your bank may take longer to post them.
04Does reserving guarantee a unit or delivery date?
No. A reservation records your priority for the founding release; it is not a product purchase or a guarantee of a unit or delivery date. You will review the final product, price, timing, and purchase terms before deciding whether to buy.
05When will Muse ship?
We will share an estimated delivery window before the final purchase. Muse is in active development, so we do not want to promise a date before the hardware is ready.
06Will Muse require a subscription?
Final pricing and service plans have not been announced. You will see all required and optional costs before deciding whether to complete your purchase.
07Who is the seller?
Rosewood Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation with Delaware file number 10310067, operates How To Muse and is the seller of the reservation. Full contact details and the binding payment terms appear in the Reservation Terms.
08Which ages and subjects is Muse being designed for?
Muse is being designed first for learners ages 9–14 and the core work that fills a homework week, including math, science, reading, and writing. Final subject coverage may evolve before launch.
