Our commitment and standard

Rosewood Systems Inc., which operates How To Muse, is committed to providing a website that people with disabilities can use independently and with dignity.

This website is built to conform with Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, the Israeli standard for internet content accessibility, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We also work to the more recent WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This statement is published in keeping with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773–2013, and with the accessibility expectations that apply to us in the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Accessibility arrangements on this site

• Semantic page regions and one clear primary heading on every page.
• A skip link that moves keyboard users straight to the main content.
• Full keyboard operation of navigation, links, buttons, and disclosure controls, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
• Text alternatives for images that carry meaning; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology so they are not announced.
• Text and interface colors that meet the AA contrast thresholds against their backgrounds.
• Layouts that reflow to narrow screens and support zooming to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Motion respects your system setting: when your device requests reduced motion, the animation and smooth scrolling switch off and the homepage is presented as plain stacked sections with the same words.
• The homepage moves through its four statements on its own after a few seconds of stillness, and stops at the last one. Scrolling restarts that countdown rather than ending it, so a visible “Pause auto-scroll” control sits on the page throughout and switches the movement off entirely. None of it runs when reduced motion is requested, or without JavaScript.
• The written content of every page is readable without JavaScript enabled.
• Errors are identified in text, not by color alone.
• Nothing on the site flashes or blinks.

How we tested

Every page of the current site was checked with the axe-core automated accessibility engine at both desktop and mobile widths, against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 rule sets at levels A and AA. At the date of this statement that testing reports no violations.

We also checked keyboard-only operation and focus order, zooming to 200%, narrow-screen reflow, and behavior with reduced motion requested. Automated tools cannot detect every barrier, so reports from the people who use this site matter to us, and we act on them.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility contacts within five business days and to resolve or offer an alternative as quickly as we reasonably can.

Known limitations

We publish the gaps we know about rather than leaving you to find them:

• Reservation checkout is hosted by Stripe on its own domain and is outside our direct technical control. If any part of that flow prevents you from completing a reservation, contact us and we will take your reservation directly by email or phone.
• The pages archived under /old are a historical copy of our previous website, kept for reference. They are not maintained to the standard described here. Everything they cover is available on the current pages, and we will supply any of it in an accessible format on request.
• This website is published in English only. If you would prefer to reach us in Hebrew, write or call and we will reply in Hebrew.

Reporting a problem

If you meet an accessibility barrier, tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you are comfortable sharing it, tell us which browser and which assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a disability, and you do not need to use any particular wording.

We will acknowledge your message, tell you what we can do, and provide the information or service in an accessible format while we fix the underlying problem.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. We review new content and functionality as the site changes, we re-run the automated checks before we publish, and we prioritize barriers that block access to product information, support, or the reservation process. This statement is updated whenever the site or our arrangements change materially.
